EXAMPLES OF PROTECTION OF ENERGY OBJECTS
LIST OF BUILDINGS, PREMISES AND CONSTRUCTIONS OF RAO UES OF RUSSIA ENTERPRISES, TO BE EQUIPPED BY AUTOMATIC FIRE EXTINGUISHING DEVICES
1. ENERGY ENTERPRISES
1.1.Transformers and reactors with a voltage of 500 kV and higher irrespective of capacity, as well as transformers with a voltage of 220-330 kV with an output of 200 MBA or more.
1.2. Transformers with a capacity of 63 MBA and more with a voltage of 110 kV and above, installed in the chambers of closed substations of deep entry and in closed distribution plants of power stations and substations.
1.3. Transformers with a voltage of 110 kV and higher with a unit capacity of 63 MBA or more installed near the building of a hydroelectric power station.
1.4. Cable facilities (cable tunnels, closed galleries, floors, passage cable shafts) of thermal power plants irrespective of capacity, hydroelectric power stations with a capacity of 100 MW and above, substations with a voltage of 500 kV and above, as well as closed substations of 110 kV deep input with 63 MVA transformers and higher .
1.5. Cable facilities (cable tunnels, closed galleries, floors, passage cable shafts) of power stations and substations with oil-filled cables, with the exception of cable structures, in which oil-filled cables are laid in metal pipelines.
1.6. Underground spaces of rooms for computers, systems for centralized control and management of the technological process of thermal and hydraulic power stations, as well as substations with a voltage of 500 kV and above.
1.7. Closed warehouses flammable liquids, as well as rooms with installations for the regeneration of oils with an area of 500 m2 and more.
- This list applies to the projected and reconstructed buildings, premises and facilities of enterprises.
- The choice of fire-fighting equipment (water, foam, gas or powder) is determined by technological requirements and feasibility study.
The above objects are proposed to be protected using powder fire extinguishing systems based on powder fire extinguishing module «Buran» and fire extinguishing aerosol generators «TOR».
According to paragraph 9.1.6 of SP 5.13130.2009 «Fire alarm and fire extinguishing systems are automatic.
